Anita was born and raised in Simcoe County and developed a love for education and working with others at an early age. An experienced special education consultant, Anita taught in the USA before returning to teach in Simcoe County. Anita is strongly committed to equity and inclusion within education and the greater community. Anita has previously worked in developmental services throughout the county and has volunteered with many fundraising initiatives. Anita is committed to lifelong learning and believes in the power of education and working together to make sustainable change.
