Making Change will be hosting the Cultural Tile Mosaic Project at the MacLaren Art Centre in Barrie, Saturday Oct 7 from 1pm – 3:30pm. Join us in this interactive drop in program, guided by guest Visual Artist Ashante Blackwood; no art experience necessary.
Create an artistic expression of your culture and what makes you unique, on a simple wooden 4X4 tile. Bring to life your culture where your tile will become part of a larger mosaic project called “Culture Across Our County”. We are looking to collect 500 tiles at different locations and this is your chance to ensure your tile is included.
