Congratulations to Board Member Alasoba Kelsy Braide on being selected as the Community Champion at the 2022 Simcoe County Newcomer Recognition Awards.
During her acceptance speech, Alasoba shared her inspiration for community involvement through her own journey of adjusting to life in Orillia. She has been turning those lived experiences into opportunities to support others, share her stories and provide a way for people to learn and understand.
